Look at my Crop!!!

Many moons ago I bought two orange trees and one lemon tree, since this guy at Home Depot told me that in 5 years I will be getting my first crop. He lied. It took 13 years and finally I have a citrus crop and I am very happy.

Look at these babies! Honestly the odd looking thing "Pink Lemon" reminds me more of an alien cocoon than something edible... and it kind of scares me a little.

Now I'm not sure what to do with my whole crop that consists of one orange and one lemon... any suggestions? Anyone?

Now we're talking, the vintage ladies that is, and they have no shame in saying what's on their mind. My toughest job was to sensor some of the stuff that was said. But here they are, my precious vintage ladies, speaking their mind. I have listed a few in my shop.

Fear of crocheting

Started on a new venture, the art of crocheting. I must say that it is very time consuming, at least it seemed like it took forever. I was never into knitting or crocheting and haven't done much since high school. I have watched both my mom and my sister whipping out amazing things and watching TV while doing it, now that I call true art.

I've always felt a little guilty just sitting and wasting valuable time in front of telly, so I thought to myself, if my sister and mom can do it, it must be in my genes or something... as a result my wash mittens are coming out looking really cute, but watching TV at the same time...impossible...

Watch Me Fly

A precious alternate art angel pin, with re-enforced, soldered jumprings & recycled chandelier crystals. I made the head out of paper clay. She is ready to fly to her new home. Shop's Open!

I can't tell you how excited I am. My shop is finally open... Yay! I am definitely living my dream and feel very blessed and I am so grateful to my son :o) for designing my website and tutoring me, how-to-maintain-it, couldn't have done any of it without him.

And yes, now I will be blogging more too, so take a peek in my teeny shop and see if you can find something you absolutely can't live without :o).
